Signing Up
Signing up is easy and free! Simply create an account here by entering your name, email, and password.
If you already have an account from placing previous orders or an email subscription with us, you’ve been automatically enrolled in our rewards program. Just sign in here to keep earning and redeeming points!
Becoming a rewards member offers several benefits. Our tiered rewards program allows you to earn points with every purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases—every 100 points equals $5 off. Exclusive to members, our punch card rewards you with a free individual product of your choice after every 5 purchases of $18 or higher.
Depending on your tier status, you'll also enjoy exclusive perks such as early access to sales, product launches or restocks, multiplied point days, and increased point multipliers on every purchase. Additionally, you can earn points by sharing with friends, following us on social media, and a reward on your birthday. For more details on maximizing your rewards, visit our rewards page.

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. Just sign in here and see what points you've already earned!
Yes! You can claim rewards from past purchases if you create a loyalty account here using the same email address used for your previous orders. Once you create your account, all orders linked to that email address will earn you points!
Be sure to checkout using the same email address each time so that your loyalty points accumulate in one place for you! If you no longer use the email address associated with your loyalty account, we can transfer your loyalty points from your old account to your new one. Simply contact customer service here or by emailing hello@roewellness.com, and our team will gladly assist you with transferring your loyalty points.
Note: We can only transfer points from one account to another. Your new account will not show previous purchases made with your old email address, and we cannot transfer qualifying purchases made toward a free product from one account to another.

To view your rewards history, including rewards earned, redeemed rewards, your discount codes, and punch card status, follow these steps:
If logged out:
- Login to your account here.
- Scroll down to where it says, ‘Hi XXX, You Have XXX Points.’
- Click on the ‘Rewards History’ box to view your history.
If logged in:
- Visit the rewards page here.
- Look for ‘Hi XXX, You Have XXX Points’ under the main header photo.
- Click on the ‘Rewards History’ box to view your history.
Earning & Redeeming
Converting points to dollars is easy, where higher tiers earn points at an accelerated rate. Every 100 points always equals $5 dollars.
For example:
- Bronze members earn 1 point per dollar spent. Spending $200 earns 200 points.
- Silver members earn points 1.25 times faster. Spending $200 would earn 250 points.
- Gold members earn points 1.5 times faster. Spending $200 would earn 300 points.
Please note: Redemptions are available only in $5 increments, such as $5, $10, $15, $20, $25, and $30. For details on redeeming your points, refer to the question, ‘How do I redeem my points?’
Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit your account page here to view our fantastic reward options. Scroll to the 'How To Use Your Points' section and click the 'Redeem Now' button under your chosen reward. Copy the discount code provided and paste it into the cart or at checkout to save with your reward!
OR
You can redeem your points at checkout using the dropdown menu directly above your cart total and discount options. Select the reward amount you want to apply, then click the ‘Apply’ button.
Note: These two options for redeeming points cannot be combined with other discounts or each other. Additionally, you must be logged in in order to redeem both on the rewards page and at checkout directly.
In addition, when redeeming points, you must have a minimum order balance after applying your discount. You can redeem up to 600 points at a time for a total of $30 off your order. Points can cover a certain amount of the cart value but not the entire amount. As a result, most orders will require a small balance to be paid out-of-pocket, in addition to any applicable taxes and shipping charges, using your preferred payment method.
Unfortunately, our system cannot accommodate the stacking of discount codes and/or reward points. You can only use one of your rewards point discount codes, a punch card redemption, or a promotional sale discount code on each order.
We apologize if your points are not displaying properly. Here are some reasons why points may not have been earned on your purchase:
- Please ensure you were signed into your rewards account here and did not accidentally check out as a guest. If you forgot to log in, simply contact customer service here or by emailing hello@roewellness.com, and our team will be happy to assist you in applying your points to your account.
- Points are not awarded for returned purchases or canceled orders. Any points earned on a later returned purchase will be deducted from your point balance.
- Try refreshing your browser, logging out, and then back into your account to see if the points appear.
- Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account here to verify if the points were added without your immediate notice. Your ‘Rewards history’ details points earned, how and when, and any redemptions made.
- If you still believe your points balance is inaccurate, contact our customer service here or by emailing hello@roewellness.com, and our team will be happy to investigate the issue for you.
Note: Sometimes, there may be a delay in points appearing in your account. They could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to update.
VIP Program Questions
Your VIP tier is determined by the amount you spend within a dynamic 12-month period starting when a customer reaches a certain tier (e.g., March 2, 2024 – March 2, 2025). Here's how it works:
- Bronze Tier: Achieved by spending between $0 and $150 annually. You are automatically enrolled in this tier when you create a loyalty/rewards account.
- Silver Tier: You must spend $150 within the dynamic 12-month period to qualify.
- Gold Tier: The highest tier is achieved by spending $250 or more within the dynamic 12-month period.
Once you qualify for a tier, you will receive an email and/or text notification. Your tier perks are valid for the following 12-month period from when you earned it. As you ascend through the VIP tiers, you retain all benefits from your previous tier.

Program Limitations and Reward Expiration
Nope! That’s the best part about being a rewards member! You can earn more points by shopping with us and engaging with our brand and community online.
Yes, your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our rewards program, such as redeeming points or placing an order. Once the one-year mark of inactivity passes, these points will not be reinstated.
Once you achieve Bronze, Silver, or Gold status, you will maintain that tier for one year from the date you earned it. However, if you do not meet the required criteria or fail to engage with the rewards program, you may lose your tier status (e.g., moving from Gold to Silver). It's important to stay active in our program to maintain your status or even move up to the next tier!
Yes, once you've made 5 purchases totaling above $18 each, you'll receive a discount code to redeem a free individual product valued up to $38. This code expires after 6 months.
Returns with Rewards
If you use your rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your rewards will be credited to your rewards account. For example, if you use a $10 coupon towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded to your credit card, and the $10 reward credit will be deposited back into your rewards account.

Yes. If you return the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar spent after applying the discount. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.

Terms & Conditions
Points, rewards, and your VIP tier will expire if you fail to make at least 1 purchase every 12 months. If we ever decide to end the rewards program, your points and perks will expire with the program. We also reserve the right to terminate any person’s rewards membership if we believe you are violating our Terms and Conditions, reselling products, exploiting the program, making excessive returns, engaging in fraud, abuse of privileges, or inappropriate behavior that seeks to manipulate the rewards program, or for any other reason we deem necessary based on our sole discretion. If you or we terminate your account or opt out of the rewards program, you will lose any unused rewards and all points that have not been redeemed.
