Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

 

We offer free shipping in the U.S. on orders over $75. If your order is under $75, we pass the exact shipping rate we have onto you! 

 

Due to the increase of online orders over the past few months and the lessened workforce of logistical companies, unfortunately, we can not be responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. We pass the items off to a third-party logistical page, USPS or DHL. USPS and DHL are both businesses and are the other entity involved in the transactional process. Sadly, we don't have any ability to coordinate each delivery, although we wish we could and rely on another company. We can't be accountable for the mistakes or errors of a third party.

Once we file a claim with Package Protection they will help cover any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If any of those things occur, the insurance will be able to either refund you or place a new order on your behalf.

 

For this reason, we offer shipping insurance at checkout.

Unfortunately, if shipping insurance is opted out of, we can't do anything to assist you further.

 

In addition, please note that shipping and processing times may fluctuate from your original estimated shipping or arrival date. This may be due to increased orders throughout the same timeframe, holidays, USPS or DHL closures, or other unexpected barriers that may arise. Please know we will work as quickly as possible to provide the most accurate shipping timeline so you can enjoy your product.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (Excludes E.U. & U.K.)

 

The shipping cost you pay is what it costs us to ship the goods. The cost to send international shipments (excluding E.U. & U.K. shipments) varies so much that we need to pass the shipping costs onto the customer. We will give the prices to you.

 

In addition, because duties and taxes vary so much, we cannot cover these costs entirely either. We ask the customer to cover 20% of these costs, duties, taxes, and any other charges required for pickup. Roe Wellness covers 80% of these costs.

 

We are not responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer.
